Intergenerate UKI supports the development of intergenerational ministry across churches through:

• Advocating for the full participation of all ages in the life and ministry of the church
• Facilitating contemporary theological reflection leading to practical action
• Identifying, developing and evaluating resources, research and opportunities as appropriate and encouraging training, coaching and mentoring
• Offering national comment on relevant issues
• Reflecting the diversity of theology across denominations and organisations and providing professional support for its members.

The work will be facilitated through network gatherings across the year, a core group of champions and task groups for particular projects.
